Baby Acne??

My almost 4 week old just developed baby acne. At least I think it's baby acne. He has red rashy looking bumps all over his face and even on his little ears. I've read that baby acne is more white bumps, should I be worried?

It sounds like baby acne but maybe you should have his ped check him out just to make sure because you can never be to sure with rashes!!! If it is baby acne you can clean his face with a little cetaphil twice a day and make sure you keep his face clean and dry.
