Hi,
It sounds like your daughter just has a small tummy, so she will need a smaller amount of food at closer intervals!! As for the 20-24oz a day that seems ok, is she putting on weight?? Here are a few more questions: what type of formula are you using or are you giving her breastmilk?? What kind of bottle and nipple are you using??? Do you ever use mylecon drops. I would probably try giving her .03ml of mylecon before every feed, that should help with the gas and the squirming etc. Just let her guide you in how much food she wants to eat because a baby won't starve themselves and then on the other hand they won't overeat as well. They only take as much food as they need ok!!! Hope this helps!!

Hi Kelley,
I would call your ped and ask him if you can change her formula over to Similac Lacto-free, because she may have a sensitivity to lactose!!! Also I would try her on the playtex drop in bottles because they give the babies less gas, I would also try giving her .03 of mylecon drops before every feed.
