he weighed 9.8at 4 weeks and now at 8weeks 10lbs 12oz i just went to the dr and they said he has gerd and rx was zantac any word on this rx 1.5ML 2X A DAY?or this disease

Hi,
Yes I have had many babies with reflux, it is quite a nasty disease, by that I mean it is very painful for your baby!! :( Although they usually grow out of it by the age of 4-6 months and then go off the medication.....
Just thank your lucky stars that he is on the medication now!!
