leaking diapers

My 2 1/2 week old is constantly getting soaked from urine. I have tried different disposables, doubling diapers, and changing every hour. I am doing laundry every day to keep up with the sheets and outits. Help! Should I switch to cloth..will this pass. What are your suggestions? thanks

I am guessing that it's leaking from the top...
My suggestion is to point his penis down before doing the diaper up completely...
