pinkish/orangeish spots in diaper

My almost 7-mo. old son has had some pale pink/orange spots in his diaper, right where his penis is, so obviously from urine. they show up once, maybe twice, a day. his urine test today showed no blood. any ideas what else would cause this?

I am very sorry I have never heard of this in a baby of your age, I would call your pediatrician and talk to him/her about it.
