Sleepy Baby

Hi Kathy and anyone else that can help me!!
I have a 6 week old baby boy named Noah and everytime he is nursing he falls alseep and starts to just use me as a pacifier. ANy suggestions on how to wake this little guy up??

Hi Amy,
Here is what I usually tell my clients to try:
Change the baby's diaper
undress the baby
tickle the baby's feet
use a wet washcloth on the face/body

I used to jiggle my baby up and down gently a little bit, that worked great for me..

Hello,
I chahnge her diaper, even if I have to do two or three times, I don't actually put a new diaper on every time though.
