How to Wean

Just wondering what is the best way to wean? Did most of you do it cold turkey or did you do it slowly??

Hi,
I did it cold turkey, I had PPD and just needed to stop nursing asap..
It really wasn't that uncomfortable, just make sure to wear a very tight fitting sports bra and use lots of ice. Good luck.
