Small white dots!!

My daughter has these small white dots on her nose and cheeks, what are they?? Does anyone know?? They sort of look like pimples but they aren't!! She is 3 weeks old tomorrow!! Help!!

the say newborns have alot of bumps here and there i forget what the call then my girl was 4 weeks old and she had that the doctor sai d it wasnt anything to worry about but just keep the area clean and dry
