Diaper Rash

Does anyone know what I can do for my son's diaper rash, he's had it for about a week now and it's starting to get really raw looking. I've tried desitin, vaseline and balmex, any suggestions???

Hi Emm,
I suggest that you leave his diaper off when ever you can and then blowdry it with a hair dryer, then put caldesene powder on it then put creamy deistin all over his little bottom. If you d that every diaper change it should be better within 24hrs.
