Yes, there are these nice changing tables out there but I found it to be easiest to get 2 u shaped paddings (that are normally on the changing tables) and 3 covers (in case something goes wrong :) ).
When you have to change the baby you throw the pad on the ground put the diaper, balmex, a cup with warm water and makeup pads next to it.
(Later you can replace the warm water and makup pads with wipes of course)
Now you don't have to worry about the baby falling off the table. (who really uses the belts that come with it? be honest!)
