Is there a need to switch to fast flow nipples at some point? If so, when? We use the Playtex Nurser bottles. My son is 3 months, around 16 lb. or so and drinking 5-6 ounces at each feeding. He is a slow eater, though. So switching to "fast flow" would be more of a convenience for us parents, b/c he would eat faster, right? But would he get his sucking needs met? He's found his thumb recently and loves to suck, even when he's satisfied from eating. Anyway, anyone have any info, thoughts, or experience about this? I have heard some say that we should stick with "slow flow" always, and that "fast flow" is just a gimmick for them to sell more nipples.
