Washing Hands!!

Hello,

My daughter is 16 weeks old and is constantly mouthing her fingers. I bathe her every other day (on doctor's advice) and it's not always practical to wash her hands under running water when I do not bathe her. I was wondering whether I could use baby wipes like the ones that I use to clean her diaper area or should I use wet cotton balls/rounds to clean her hands? She has lots of lint and gooky stuff between her little fingers

I use a wet washcloth. It works great and it is better for the environment!!!

Hi,
You should not use the commercial baby wipes on your baby's hands because they have chemicals in them and then she will put her hands in her mouth. I suggest using the cotton rounds or a wet washcloth like Maggie suggested.
